Ribbon is looking to hire a Solidity engineer with a strong interest in financial engineering or derivatives, to architect structured products in DeFi.

Responsibilities

• Designing and building out new structured products (Solidity + math/finance)
• Develop a scalable smart contract infrastructure which allows the team to create new types of structured products rapidly (Solidity, Typescript)
• Create adapters for on chain options and derivative protocols (Solidity)
• Help to design and architect new vault-like products and expiring products (Solidity)

Requirements

• 1+ year of prior experience writing Solidity.
• Expertise in creating gas-efficient smart contract architectures and a track record of building secure smart contracts on Ethereum mainnet.
• Ability to writing scalable, rigorous Javascript unit tests for Solidity contracts.
• Ability to work independently to solve problems and to be resourceful in any given situation.
• (Ideal) Familiarity with the code architectures of protocols like Aave, Yearn Finance, Hegic, or other top DeFi projects.
